My friend, it's time to take a look at yourself and what you are hoping to gain from our sessions on ascension together.

Please share with the rest of us, your longings and your sense of what you need help most with in this process.


Please post here some of your thoughts and feelings about the on-gong ascension process. 

Know that ascension is available to all of us and yet not all will choose to take the type of steps needed to align with the divine nature of the paradigm shift


These shifts of energy alignment happen every 26000 years and of their nature manifestations of Mother Earth balancing herself along with an upgrading in cosmic consciousness.

Creative Evolution

• Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, night sweats, waking up two or three times a night.
• Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy during the day
• The 3am club: waking up between 3am – 4am and staying awake, getting by on less sleep
• Periods of overwhelming fatigue (some misdiagnosed as CFS)
• Change in eating habits: strange cravings, occasional increase or decrease in appetite, new allergies to certain foods
• Blurred or foggy vision, seeing shimmering objects, glittery particles, flashes of light
• Hearing: audio dyslexia, hearing strange voices
• Ascension tinnitus: ringing in the ears: not the “someone’s talking about me” ring. White noise with beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns
• Vibrational Flu: high temperatures, night sweats, aching bones and joints neck pains, flu-like symptoms
• Occasional sinus issues: sneeze attacks, runny nose or sore throat that is not a cold or allergy
• Mental confusion: difficulty concentrating
• Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations
• Energy rushes or sensations of electricity circulating the body
• Involuntary bodily movements: muscle spasms, jerking, tremors, shaking; feeling an inner force pushing one’s body around (this is often misdiagnosed)
• Feeling the whole body vibrate: similar to earthquake sensations, especially at night or in a relaxed state
• Headaches, pressure in the skull
• Numbness or pain in the limbs: sometimes diagnosed as fibromalgia, MS, Lupus
• Loss of muscular power in hands, caused by changes in circulation system
• Pains and blockages: often in the back and neck
• Heart palpitations and fluttering: opening of the heart chakra, clearings
• High heart flutters: high center of chest flutters are the opening of the high heart chakra
• Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste.
• Occasional breathing difficulties: bronchitis in severe cases
• Immune and Lymphatic system changes: glandular flare-ups
• Digestive system changes
• Depression for no reason: feelings of loss or isolation
• Tension, anxiety or stress: sensing something is going on
• Dizziness: losing balance, feeling like your body is swirling
• Vivid dreams, violent or dramatic dreams. ET dreams
• Emotional outbursts or mood swings
• Weight gain, typically around the belly (Buddha belly)

Think about this idea that some of what each of us is experiencing physically is linked with ascension process.

Ascension Readiness Program Begins Soon!!!

Yes, we are beginning our program in the beginning of July; after July 4th weekend. There is still time to sign up and invite some of your 'spiritual buddies' to join you as we prepare for the upcoming ascension.

Although many have spoken about the ascension process it's only the most insightful who will act upon this information and prepare her/himself for what lies ahead as the galactic energy upgrade paradigm unfolds.

Our current age is known as the information age and the one that is beginning to enfold; the Transformation Age.

As we begin to explore this Transformation Age, we soon realize that whereas before we aligned with a group and gained strength through that affiliation; now our power comes through each of us as we align with the divine within.

The ascension process involves a DNA upgrade; activation of so-called Junk-DNA which come alive adding new talents and abilities which formerly have not shown themselves or have shown only glimpses of what is to come for you.

Wizards of Insight - Training

Greetings and welcome fellow spiritual travelers! In  preparation for the Transformation Age, I will be offering an online training focused upon assisting you to be ready and in alignment with the new paradigm which is now expressing itself in our galaxy.

Transformation involves "seeing through new eyes"; adjusting our individual and collective consciousness to perceive what to the untrained eye is not readily observable and processing the feedback we receive in a new manner; one aligned with God/Source energy.

We now find ourselves at a crossroads where the old paradigm is fading and the new paradigm is emerging. Our social, governmental and economic systems are failing and the old tried and true methods of recovery, for those systems, no longer works.

Remember Einstein's thoughts on this subject of transformational change:

“We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”

In other words, when the paradigm changes; we need to change our thinking and our approach to problem solving. Otherwise we end up as individuals and communities being very frustrated and ineffective in our approach to the problems we face. We end up working under the mistaken notion that the existing formula's may be successfully employed for solving today's problems.

That is where we find ourselves today; attempting to apply formula's and solutions that don't fit within the context of the new paradigm. Thus we act in an insane manner; both as individuals and as communities.

The notion of personal change is scary to many of us; in part because we have learned attitudes that are limiting our perceptions of ourselves and what we are capable of.  This "learned helplessness" as it's been called forms the foundation of fear that keeps us entrapped in beliefs and strategies that prove ineffective in today's world.

"It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power."

What I am offering is a program that guides and supports the transformational work necessary to align yourself with the new, Transformational Age paradigm.

There will be videos, suggested readings, group collaborations, postings on this blog and other activities designed to acquaint you with the necessary tips, tools and techniques of the ascension process and to provide you with a supportive atmosphere where your positive growth is our focus.
